Ingredients
- [ ] 7oz maui cattle beef patty
- [ ] s&j sweet roll
- [ ] cheddar
- [ ] bacon
- [ ] LTO
- [ ] confit garlic aioli
Cooking Process
- sear burger of flattop for 3 min then flip once
- add bacon on top then cover with 2 slices cheddar
- once flipped cook for additional 2.5 min, burger should be med to med well
- spread garlic aioli on a sweet roll and toast,
- once toasted add more garlic aioli on bottom bun, then chiffonade romaine, then burger
- then very thin sliced red onion and 2 slice tomato, more garlic aiolion top bun
- serve with hot fries
