  1. sear burger of flattop for 3 min then flip once
  2. add bacon on top then cover with 2 slices cheddar
  3. once flipped cook for additional 2.5 min, burger should be med to med well
  4. spread garlic aioli on a sweet roll and toast,
  5. once toasted add more garlic aioli on bottom bun, then chiffonade romaine, then burger
  6. then very thin sliced red onion and 2 slice tomato, more garlic aiolion top bun
  7. serve with hot fries
