  1. Sear beef for 3.5 min
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Flip beef
  4. Top with bacon jam, b&b pickles, one slice white and one slice yellow american, pickled onions and drizzle lilikoi dijon
  5. Toast bun, on bottom bun add a pile of chiffonade romaine ,lilikoi dijon, one large thin slice tomato then add the burger and top with top bun
