Ingredients
- [ ] Wagyu & Maui Cattle Blend
- [ ] S&j sweet roll
- [ ] 1 white & 1 yellow american sliced cheese
- [ ] Shredded Lettuce
- [ ] Tomato
- [ ] Lemon Peeled Pickle Onion
Cooking Process
- Sear beef for 3.5 min
- Season with salt and pepper
- Flip beef
- Top with bacon jam, b&b pickles, one slice white and one slice yellow american, pickled onions and drizzle lilikoi dijon
- Toast bun, on bottom bun add a pile of chiffonade romaine ,lilikoi dijon, one large thin slice tomato then add the burger and top with top bun
