Cooking Process
- Drop taro pattie in deep fryer,
- Once crisoy transfer to flat top,
- Add b&b pickles and pickled onions and top with white & yellow ammerican,
- Toast bun, on bottom bun add chiffonade romaine, house mayo, large thin slice tomato, then the taro burger,
- Drizzle more house mayo on top and smash 4-5 cloves of garlic confit onto the top bun
Plating
- Add then very thin pickled red onion and 2 slice tomato, more garlic aiolion top bun
- Serve with HOT fries
