  1. Drop taro pattie in deep fryer,
  2. Once crisoy transfer to flat top,
  3. Add b&b pickles and pickled onions and top with white & yellow ammerican,
  4. Toast bun, on bottom bun add chiffonade romaine, house mayo, large thin slice tomato, then the taro burger,
  5. Drizzle more house mayo on top and smash 4-5 cloves of garlic confit onto the top bun

Plating


  1. Add then very thin pickled red onion and 2 slice tomato, more garlic aiolion top bun
  2. Serve with HOT fries
