Cooking Process


  1. Follow pork fried rice procedure, add kim-chee with onions and pork, add kim-chee base and sesame oil with rice
  2. On a hot flat-top or a large well seasoned cast iron pan
  3. Add 3 oz oil blend and heat over med high heat
  4. Once hot, add kalua pork and sweet oinion
  5. Once pork starts to heat up, spread out in a even layer amd let cook until crispy
  6. While pork is cooking, put your rice, green onion, carrot, tamari and oyster sauce in a mixing bowl and mix well
