- [ ] Sweet onion
- [ ] Kim chee
- [ ] 3.5 cups rice
- [ ] 1.5oz oyster sauce
- [ ] 4oz tamari
- [ ] 1oz sesame oil
- [ ] 1.5oz kim-chee base
Cooking Process
- Follow pork fried rice procedure, add kim-chee with onions and pork,
add kim-chee base and sesame oil with rice
- On a hot flat-top or a large well seasoned cast iron pan
- Add 3 oz oil blend and heat over med high heat
- Once hot, add kalua pork and sweet oinion
- Once pork starts to heat up, spread out in a even layer amd let cook until crispy
- While pork is cooking, put your rice, green onion, carrot, tamari and oyster sauce
in a mixing bowl and mix well
