Cooking Process


  1. On a hot flat-top or a large well seasoned cast iron pan
  2. Add 3 oz oil blend and heat over med high heat
  3. Once hot, add kalua pork and sweet oinion
  4. Once pork starts to heat up, spread out in a even layer amd let cook until crispy
  5. While pork is cooking, put your rice, green onion, carrot, tamari and oyster sauce in a mixing bowl and mix well
  6. Once combined and pork is crispy, add marinated rice to pan amd toss to combine everything.
  7. Once rice is cooking, heat up more oil, and Crack 2 eggs into hot oil.
