Ingredients
- [ ] 5oz kalua pork
- [ ] 2oz diced sweet onion
- [ ] 3.5 cups rice
- [ ] 2oz green onion
- [ ] 2oz julienne carrot
- [ ] 1/2cup tamari
- [ ] 1.5oz oyster sauce
- [ ] 2 eggs over easy
- [ ] green onion garnish
Cooking Process
- on a hot flat-top or a large well seasoned cast iron pan
- add 3 oz oil blend and heat over med high heat
- once hot, add kalua pork and sweet oinion
- once pork starts to heat up, spread out in a even layer amd let cook until crispy
- while pork is cooking, put your rice, green onion, carrot, tamari and oyster sauce
in a mixing bowl and mix well
