  1. on a hot flat-top or a large well seasoned cast iron pan
  2. add 3 oz oil blend and heat over med high heat
  3. once hot, add kalua pork and sweet oinion
  4. once pork starts to heat up, spread out in a even layer amd let cook until crispy
  5. while pork is cooking, put your rice, green onion, carrot, tamari and oyster sauce in a mixing bowl and mix well
