- [ ] 2 - 12oz lager or ale
- [ ] 3 whole eggs

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and beer.
- Whisk dry mix into beer/egg mixture, leaving it slightly lumpy
transfer to shallow 1/3rd pan and rest in fridge for 30 min before use
- Dredge fish in dry mix, then beer batter, then 350 degree fryer
